As a result of this increased recognition of success and the need for specialized decentralized pharmacy-based Home Infusion Therapy solutions, IV League Inc launched offering our unique approach to solutions in this challenging yet effective health care environment.
IV League Inc. headquartered in Culver City, California, since 1996, has developed and maintained a community-based approach towards continued comfort and wellbeing of our community patients.
Coverage Area:
Same Day Services are provided throughout Los Angeles; Orange; Riverside; San Bernardino and the southern Ventura counties.
IV League offer next day services for the rest of California State
Hours of Operation:
Our extended hours of operation facilitate patient care coordination between physicians, nurses, and case managers. Communication directly with a pharmacist and an intake coordinator is facilitated between the hours of hours of operation (which hours 08h00 – 17h00?)
In addition, IV League patients, physicians, nurses, and case managers have access to an on call clinical pharmacist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any urgent clinical questions.
Physician Services provided by our highly trained clinical pharmacists monitor all aspects of patient care at home and communicate the results to each patients referring physician.
We advise and assist the physician in developing individual care schedules regarding the patient's medication, rate of administration, and results of the monitoring of each patient's progress, all from the comfort of their own home.
